All manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and professional English. Authors are encouraged to use professional language editing services if necessary prior to submission.

  1. Originality and Publication Ethics

Manuscripts submitted to IJCGR must be original works that have not been published previously and are not under consideration by another journal or publication.

Authors must ensure that:

• The manuscript is free from plagiarism and academic misconduct.

• All sources are appropriately cited.

• Data presented are authentic and accurately reported.

• All listed authors have made significant contributions to the work.

Authors should prepare their manuscripts according to the official IJCGR template.

General formatting requirements:

• File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

• Paper size: A4

• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt

• Line spacing: 1.5

• Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides

• Length: 4,000–8,000 words, including references

  1. Title

The title should be concise, informative, and reflect the content of the manuscript. The recommended title length is no more than 20 words.

  1. Abstract and Keywords

The abstract should contain 150–250 words and briefly describe:

• Background and objectives

• Methods

• Key findings

• Conclusions

Authors should provide three to five keywords that accurately represent the manuscript's content.

  1. Tables and Figures

• Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively.

• Each table and figure should have a clear title and source (if applicable).

• Images should be of high quality and suitable for publication.

• Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for copyrighted materials.

  1. References

IJCGR adopts the APA (7th Edition) citation and referencing style.

Reference requirements:

• Minimum 15 references for research articles.

• Minimum 25 references for review articles.

• At least 80% of references should come from scholarly journals.

• Preferably, references should be published within the last ten years.

The use of reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote is strongly encouraged.

  1. Plagiarism Screening

All manuscripts undergo plagiarism screening using Turnitin, iThenticate, or equivalent software.

• Maximum similarity index: 20%

• Similarity arising from references, quotations, and commonly used scientific terms may be excluded from evaluation.

Manuscripts exceeding the permitted threshold may be returned for revision or rejected.

  1. Peer Review Process

IJCGR applies a double-blind peer-review process.

The review process consists of:

• Initial editorial screening

• Plagiarism assessment

• Double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers

• Editorial decision (acceptance, revision, or rejection)

The final publication decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief.
